Alaska and Hawaii Shipments:
	1/2 Shipping Cost FREE with Priority Mail Service: Customer pays 1/2 of the shipping cost...we pay the other 1/2. UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Service available: Customer pays additional shipping charges above 1/2 Priority Mail standard charge.
AE, AA, AP, Guam, Puerto Rico & Virgin Island Shipments:
	1/2 Shipping Cost FREE with Priority Mail Service: Customer pays 1/2 of the shipping cost...we pay the other 1/2. Cello Instruments: Parcel Post Available Only. Customer pays 1/2 of the shipping cost...we pay the other 1/2. UPS Services are not available
