Instruments range from $10 a month to $50 per month.

How many months before I am paid in full? [top]
The contract is for 30 months. You may cancel anytime by returning the instrument with payments up to date.

Are there finance charges? [top]
There are NO Interest or Finance Charges! The Payment Plan is the same as the Purchase Price.

What about shipping costs? [top]
Your instrument will be shipped by UPS Ground FREE within the contiguous United States.
Alaska, Hawaii and APO customers pay 1/2 Priority Mail.

What about insurance? [top]
We do not offer insurance nor do we make any insurance charge. Many homeowner's policies offer coverage...check with your insurance agent for the best available coverage.

No Charge! We will keep your instrument in playing condition for entire 30 months. |

How about damage? [top]
Accidents do happen, unfortunately, but we will repair your instrument and you will have no charge regardless of "whose fault", simply by returning the instrument to us for Free Servicing.

An "Econo Overhauled" Instrument is an instrument reconditioned to "New-New" condition.

What is a Beginner Return Instrument? [top]
Beginner Return Instruments have been used for approximately 6 months or less. They are called "Beginner Returns" because initially they were New and we received them back from the customer as their student either discontinued band, or, decided to play a different instrument.
- These instruments are in excellent condition with only minor finish blemishes.
- Each instrument is completely cleaned, adjusted and shop tested to perform as new.

What brands do you sell? [top]
Our company sells only quality, nationally known, name brand instruments.
Because of manufacturers' advertising restrictions, we are unable to list some brands & models with a price. Therefore, many of our models are listed simply as "Major Brand". We are an authorized dealer for over 50 major brand manufacturers including Selmer, Bach, Conn, King, Armstrong, Gemeinhardt, Ludwig, Pearl and many more.

What if my student wants to change instruments? [top]
There is no charge for changing instruments.
You may exchange for another beginner instrument in comparable condition offered on the payment plan. All prior payments made will apply towards the 2nd instrument.
Example: Clarinet for Alto Sax; Trumpet for Trombone
String Instruments: Size changes for string instruments (violins, violas, & cellos) will be made at no additional charge for a string instrument in comparable condition.
Example: 1/2 Size Violin for 3/4 Size Violin; 3/4 Size Cello for 4/4 Size Cello

What if my student quits band? [top]
You have the option of returning the instrument and canceling your contract anytime during the 30 month period, with payments up to date.

What supplies are provided? [top]
All your initial supplies are provided FREE. A music stand, cleaning care kit, lesson book, and supplies are provided with every beginner instrument!
