30 Payment Purchase Contract with Return Option
- Monthly Payments:
I understand the monthly payment is the same for the entire length of the contract which is 30 months. At the end of the 30 month period, assuming my payments are up to date, my account will be Paid In Full.
- No Interest or Finance Charges:
I understand there are NO INTEREST or FINANCE CHARGES associated with this contract.

1800USABAND.com is the Official Web Site for the E-Commerce Division of Taylor Music, Inc. located in Aberdeen, South Dakota. I understand all terms and agreements relating to this contract are with Taylor Music, Inc.
- Canceling Contract - Return Option:
I can end this contract anytime during the 30 months by returning the instrument with payments up to date. If I decide to cancel and return, payments paid are non-refundable. Instrument returns are to be sent directly to our corporate location: Taylor Music, Inc., 513 S. Main Street, Aberdeen, South Dakota, 57402-0670.
- Sales Tax:
I understand there is NO Sales Tax charge unless I am shipping to or within the State of South Dakota. South Dakota has a Sales Tax of 4% which will be added to my monthly payment.
- FREE Shipping:
I understand my instrument will be shipped by UPS Ground FREE within the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, AE, AA, AP, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands will be shipped by Priority Mail with 1/2 of the shipping costs paid by me. Any expedited shipping methods such as UPS 2nd Day Air will be additional.
- FREE Service Warranty for 30 Months:
I understand instrument repairs will be done at NO CHARGE at Taylor Music, Inc. location during the 30 month period. (I pay mailing costs in, Taylor Music pays costs back out)
- FREE Instrument Exchange Policy:
I understand there is no charge for changing instruments. Should I decide on a different instrument, I may exchange for another beginner instrument in comparable condition offered on the payment plan. All payments I have made will apply towards the 2nd instrument.
(Example: Clarinet for Alto Sax; Trumpet for Trombone)
String Instruments: Size changes for string instruments (violins, violas, & cellos) will be made at no additional charge for a string instrument.
- FREE Music Stand, Book, and Supplies:
I understand an assortment of supplies (reeds, oils, swabs, etc.), music stand and book are provided FREE with each Beginner Instrument. Free supply assortments vary from instrument to instrument. Retail Value $47 to $83 worth depending upon instrument.
- NO Insurance Charge:
I understand Taylor Music, Inc. does not include insurance on my instrument nor does Taylor Music, Inc. make any insurance charge. Many homeowner policies cover instruments. Therefore, I should contact my own agent for coverage.
- Making Your Payments:
I understand a coupon book will be mailed to me showing the payment amount due and due date for each month. Payments are to be received by the 5th of each month. Checks are to be payable to: Taylor Music, Inc. and mailed to: Taylor Music Inc., PO Box 670, Aberdeen, South Dakota 57402-0670.
- Late Charges:
I understand there is a late fee of $5.00 on payments over 30 days past due.
- Subject to Credit Approval:
I understand that this contract application is subject to credit approval and I authorize Taylor Music, Inc. to obtain a consumer report from credit reporting agencies in considering this application, and for the purpose of update, review, or collection of my account. All information is private and complies with our Privacy Policy.
